Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked rice (we prefer jasmine)
- 1 head broccoli
Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large skillet.
- Cook chicken 6-8 minutes until no longer pink.
- In bowl mix:
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Pour over chicken.
- Mix cornstarch and water.
- Add to skillet.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
- Steam broccoli.
- Serve chicken over rice with broccoli.
